ONLINE REGISTRATION

A custom designed registration page is created for your event. Once early bird fees, cut off dates and cancellation policies have been agreed to, our team will discuss the requirements of the online registration page. This page can be integrated into your current website or hyperlinked to the dedicated conference website. We have a merchant account and can accept credit card payments pre event and at event.

ONSITE REGISTRATION

Using our conference registration solution will ensure the guests arrival process runs smoothly. All computers are networked and this allows a visitor to be assisted by any of our trained, professional staff. Although a carefully planned registration layout is recommended to avoid queues, any operator can assist any delegate with check in, financial queries, real time reports, print of name badges, invoices or any pre event communication.
